I am new to the software but couldn't find the answer by searching the forum. I have done 1 complete project using PID, the Gate valve used in 1 project from the tool palette shows the substitution drop down arrow, but in my other project I insert the gate valve from tool palette and the drop down arrow is now visible. If I use the globe valve I can substitute. The project setting does have the substitution set to true. I also tried to delete the SubstitutionPalette.xml.
