P&ID Reducer Annotation Flipped

When placing a reducer in a PID primary line segment that travels right to left on the page, the reducer annotation will be mirrored. It is temporarily fixable by clicking into the annotation and accepting its format, but once the drawing is reopened, or plotted, the reducer tag is mirrored again.

Is there something wrong with the reducer block or the annotation itself? I'm using the default concentric reducer block in the PID PIP tool palette with the "Adjacent Pipe Reducer" annotation style.

We have always had Larger Size x Smaller Size for the annotation.  I believe that aligns with the PIP PIC001 if you follow that standard.
