P&ID annotation for custom object not refreshing when inserting

I've created an custom reducer and when inserting it in P&ID drawing the size annotation comes unfilled I mean it comes as default pattern " x ". In order to fulfill it I need to double click and click OK.

When I run PLANTREFRESHACQPROPERTY the custom object annotation retrives to " x ".

How to automatically update it when inserting the object?

For those who might concern...

I've founded what was causing this issue. The symbols "join type" property was incorrect. Changing it to "segment breaker" option solved the problem.
