Ortho/BOM annotation Leader Bug, AutocadPlant 3D 2018

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a problem other had gone through yet. I'm looking for a clear answer to give a solution to my problem. I'm working into support team for my company and going to give training about using AutoCAD plant 3D 2018. Until now, I went through different bugs related to P&ID, Specs, Library, and then ortho generation. I am trying to create or update ortho annotation in this project but leader it is pointing to the wrong coordinate every time as shown in the attached image whenever is a tag or even BOM annotation. I do have some existing views and sometimes it works fine until I add more views or try updating them. I don't know if this had any relation to UCS in the original Plant file or with the configuration of the Ortho Cube somehow (Because I rotate it to get my desired plan view). Another thing, when I hide some layers into the original plant design and try to update the views it doesn't work out until I delete the view and made it again which is a little bit frustrating and not time worth it.

Please find here the screenshot explaining my issue and thank you for your valuable help.Ortho Annotation Leader BUGOrtho Annotation Leader BUG

Dear @Anonymous,

(Because I rotate it to get my desired plan view)

Never rotate or move ortho views.
As a result, the view loses the connection to the 3D model and the database!
But should have been addressed during the training on AutoCAD Plant 3D.

Dear @h_eger

Thank you for your precise answer. Otherwise, to be sure of my understanding, (Never rotate or move ortho viewsthe problem itself is related to the viewport rotation/move? Or the Ortho Cube rotation/move?

In my case, I rotated the ortho cube only to make it aligned to the model (My model is related to a specific custom UCS rotated in a specific angle to the WCS). I needed my plan's views to be aligned to my UCS not rotated if referred to the WCS. Does that make sense?

So then I can report this problem into the training session as a bug in the software and while modeling, we can only stick to the WCS?

Thank you in advance for your help

Dear @Anonymous,

This is not a bug in the Software but so wanted that the Ortho Cube ONLY created in WCS correct views.
You can change the Ortho Cube in all degrees of freedom to create your custom view.

Dear sir,

Thank you again for your reply. Unfortunate, this comes to my issue, since when I rotate the Ortho Cube my custom views lose them referencing for the annotation and fail to update. (please refer to my attached screenshot for my first post).

I realized, that when I do rotate the Ortho Cube, and then save it. When I try to load it in, the ortho cube loses reference and don't show up.

My point, is to know if there's any solution to this problem or any suggestions to make models off WCS in AutoCAD plant 3D?

Thank you in advance.

I am having the same problem.
its a custom part created within the project. insertion point and ports are all correct and functioning correctly.

WCS is correct
