Hello Forum Experts,

Hope you all are doing well.

I am facing a problem as, On Inserting Socket-weld flange in pipe a Weld-neck flange on other end gets connected Automatically. 

I have done all the necessary settings on Compound joints and simple joints also set the Priority in spec editor but didn't resolve the issue.

Yes OfCourse I can use size limits for socket-weld 1/2 "- 2" and above 2" weld-neck flange in spec editor while adding flanges but I also need Weld neck flanges in between size limits of 1/2" and above at some places.

Is there any method/settings I need to do.

Please let me know if there is anything you can help.

Adding Short description property resolved the issue however when I tried to insert Valves it appears connection issue.

Please let me know if you have any solution for that.

OK the task is to find a parameter that is unique between SW flange and flanged valve.
