IF I AM CREATING NEW PROJECT ON SERVER WHICH OPTION I SELECT & HOW IT WILL WORK?

Do you have an SQL server for your plant 3d Projects? If not, then you have to use Local SQLite.

If you have, then you type in servername and a unique name prefix since it's a new project - as you can see you can test if name is acceptable, it will return error if name is already present in the database.

If you are unaware of the servername etc. then contact your IT.

Authentication either with Windows account or specific credentials (your IT will know).
