Makeup Length for Spool DWG not working correctly in AutoCAD Plant 3D

We are having an issue where we recently upgraded from 2020 to 2022 and started a new project from scratch on 2022. We wanted to use the new feature to include the extra makeup length in the dimensions on the Spool dwg. However, with this setting enabled, it is adding an extra 6" to each dimension in the string on that run of pipe if it has a Field Fit Weld on the end of it instead of only adding the 6" to the single dimension running to the FFW.

For example, we have a header with a flange at one end and a FFW at the other, with 5 branches coming off of it with a FFW at the end of each branch. For the branches the dimensions came out correct because it was the only dimension along that line so it just added the 6" makeup length to that. However for the header, it added an extra 6" to each dimension in the string for the header and the overall length was 3' longer than what was modeled.

Is anyone else experiencing or can confirm this bug?

Turn off the "add 6 to FFW" function in the theme and see if the issue goes away.

First test a newly routed line with two branches to rule out operator error/file corruption.

Post results.

Yes, I am still fighting this issue. Currently we are running with it off and have reverted back to our old workflow but would be nice if we could get it to work correctly.

Thanks
