Location Point Symbol

I still can't find any reasons for using Location Point Symbol in Plant 3D. Any ideas?

this is what the function looks like in the PCF specification.
Autodesk probably forgot to develop something🙄

these changes work with the Location Point and not with Iso Message!

Is there a way to create new Location Points.  EX: a wall penetration similar to the floor penetration.
