leak symbol

Hi, I am working on some piping. Everything was OK at beginning. I made the main route of the pipe and now adding tees on the main route. All of a sudden, all the elbows show the leak symbol. I can manually connect the elbows back to the pipe, but, I wonder:

1. What caused this problem.

2. Is there a quick way to fix all the leak symbols?

The other strange thing that I noticed is that it happens only when I move the pipes. If I copy the pipes, it's OK. I think it automatically fixes the leak when I copy the pipes. See picture below. After I move the pipes of the first 'sub assembly', the extra leak symbols show up.

Make sure your connector layer is on and unlocked.
