Isometric - Line number tag with inch (") in the name

I have a problem with a symbol inch (") in Line Numer Tag on Isometric Drawings.

1. this is line numer tag

2. this is properties in block attributes. Pipe name in LDT file .xls is the same like tag.

3. view in block editor

And when i generate an insometric drawings Plant 3d don't return value in the table. But, when i delete symbol (") value is returning right..

please no special characters such as (") in the ISO name.
This has already been dealt with here several times.

Thanks for your answer. 

The number of the pipeline with the symbol (") in its name is read when I select (LineNumerTag) as an attribute from the table, I previously inserted (LineNumber).

But there remains a problem with synchronization with the LDT file.

Does not properly read the rest of the data from the LDT table, there is no valid connection to the file. I understand that the program does this based on the first column?

In the first colum in file i have a LineNumer (10"-DL...) and I understand the same thing must be in the pipeline tag (LineNumberTag)? 
and when i have symbol (") in ldt file program have a problem with synchronization?
