I'm trying to setup dimension settings with the correct way, but the output isometric provided like as shown in the screen snap

Can you check if your options in Dimensions and Themes are like this?

If not, can you provide some screenshot of you Dimensions and Theme config?

it's became better, but still some small issue regarding overall dimension & Reducer & small bore pipe

I'm sorry

I've tried to replicate your iso with the default settings, that are equal than yours and mine uploaded earlier.

See result with quick iso:

It works as intended. 

You can try to create a new deault project and import drawings.
