Instrument Iso Annotation on Olet Branch

I have a problem to annotate an instrument in my isometric. If the branch starting with a stub in pipe are ok, the instrument annotation is visible. If the branch starting with olet the annotation is ....invisible. Any ideas??

I can't find any problems with Instruments directly to Olet and output to Iso.

Annotations are applied per whatever Theme is acting on the section of piping. You'll need to turn on this (or all) annotation(s) for this specific Theme.

The situation is solved if disable the "offline instrument connection'' theme from branch piping
