Instrument Function Annotation in AutoCAD Plant 3D

Hi everyone, I have to insert a new annotation as a Instrument function (see picture ) among those that are already present. I found the blocks in the Projsymbolstyle file, but I don't understand how they are recalled in the project setup. Can someone help me?

You must enter the project configuration and configure the P&ID instruments part

Thank you Dominique for your quickly reply, I followed your indications but unfortunately the symbol is still missing in the contextual menu (annotation right button clik on instrument)

Create the symbol at "General Instrument Symbols" and not "Explosion"
