This was a fresh install and I had to retrieve Plant 3D Piping profile by following the instructions from another ticket of someone else. Once I retrieved the ribbons and now they are visible in customization panel, I noticed many of my icon images are missing and I'm unaware of how to retrieve them. Please see attachment.
