How to remove check out drawing from project

Dear Plant3D experts,

We need to remove the drawing from project. But since it is checked out and the user is not available and his login is deleted, we are unable to delete the drawing from the project in Autodesk Plant3D 2021 version.

Getting below message while removing the drawing.

How can we remove this drawing?

If the admin cannot remove this file from the project, the only option is the hardcore variant.
Create Project Backup
Open the backup locally and correct the error.
Then delete the cloud project in ACC and upload the modified backup project.
I do not know a better solution.
