How to refresh Piping.dcf

Hello to everybody!
I cannot figure out. Here's the problem:
Old data don't remove from P3dLineGroup table (in Piping.dcf). I have one pipe in the P3D drawing. But I have noticed that P3dLineGroup table contain sixteen records, that were once added and then removed.

It causes errors and glitches in the program

How to refresh Piping.dcf by Plant3D command?

Have you tried Audit Project and have you run PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe ?

I tried Plantaudit, Compressproject, Auditproject, PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe. Sometimes some of it worked, but now it does not help. I can not understand why it is so.
