How to create custom olet using autocad dwg block

I need to insert a dwg block into the olet section. It's a clamp with a side outlet. I tried it with two and three ports, and it always tries to split the pipe into two pieces. How to make it work like an olet

Dear @dharunkumar.am ,

Create as a user-defined block in the catalogue under the class OLET. Works very well.

I tried it the same way, but it didn't work. Can you share an image of the 3D model with plantpart-converted port points?
