How create Section Views in otrho draw
This is how I create section views. Another option is to export to AutoCAD which makes a solid model you can use normal AutoCAD functionality to create section view but you lose the Otho functionality and link to Plant 3D model so it's not great.
In my example below, you could manually add hatching to show the sections.
