How can I add bubbled tag number for instruments as shown in the picture?

I work with AutoCAD P&ID only occasionally. I am not at all good at it yet.

I want to be able to show instruments that don't have symbols as in the picture attached. I tried creating a block for each kind of instrument but unable to get the tag number in the circle. Could anyone let me know any better way to do this.

I realize my question was vague as I explore. I want to add an annotation in the block that gets filled when inserted in the drawing should get the value from tag number. Could somebody please let me know how to do it. Or let me know the right Autocad terminology to search for it.

There's an oldie but a goodie guide out there for configuring these sorts of items: Everything from Tags and Annotations to Symbols. I checked ahead and page 71+ covers what you're looking for.

FYI - You can actually edit a forum post within the first 30 minutes or so, after which the option disappears.
