Flanges for ants? - Trying to insert flange but getting wrong size. Way off..

Hi all
I'm actually having two issues with flanges but this one is really busting my head. 

While trying to insert a flange to an existing pipe, I'm getting miniature drawings (like flanges for ants), as seen in the screenshot attached. Does anyone have any clue on how to fix this?

I've also tried different flange types, different pipe classes with similar results. There was one that was working for a while... up until it didn't.

The other problem I'm having is that I can't set a distance when placing flanges... That solution would also be very appreciated!

PS: I can't send the project file. Only screenshots of the situation.

What units did you select in your P3D model?
What pipe class are you using?
What units does your spec have?

P3D is in mm.

Pipes are SS150.

Flanges are specified in inches. Other components that don't have any issues are in inches as well.

Welcome to the centre for flanges that can't read good...

- Are these PlantPartConvert parts or parametric parts?

- Does the flange for ants have the scaled factor matching the desired dimensions? e.g. is flange diameter 10 instead of the desired 100...

- You said "when connecting to pipe"; what happens when you just place the flange unconnected?

- Can you test that flange part in a default test project to replicate the result?

You need to establish if this is a part issue or a project issue.
