Fatal error while creating new project

The menu for creating a new project is empty and when I try to create one I get a fatal error. I had plant 3D 2017 which I replaced with 2018 and at that point the problem came out. I tried to reinstall i but with no luck. Any suggestions ?

It looks like either your install is incomplete or you need to reinstall .NET and C++.

Which .NET and C++ do I need, can I download them separately ? Because I don't want to reinstall it again.

Well I couldn't fix the problem by reinstalling the c++ and .net neither by doing a clean uninstall and reinstall. It even got worse so than when I installed the 2018 version after the clean uninstall it told me acad.exe file is missing so I could not even launch the program... So now I installed the 2017 version again which is working normally.
