Fatal error unhandled c0000409h exception at c8e1f9ah

I come up with the subject error whenever I Xref a particular file in the overall 3D Plot Plan file. However, I can open this file separately. I have tried purging/audit but couldn't get the solution yet.

Can someone please help me solve the error?

Dear @Anonymous,

 

did you import this file into your Plant 3D project?
If not, test it after importing your file into the Plant 3D project.
This way of working should fix your problem.
