ERROR TO CREATE PROD ISO/QUICK ISO

Good morning everybody, i need some help, when i generate production iso of a personalized iso style my plant 3D gives me the following error:

Play with the status on the line, try marking it as new/existing/etc.  Assign it a line number, it looks like you may have it set to generate spools, how are you assigning spool numbers?

I set up my line number tag, but the error keeps showing.  Follow the log:

If I try to use an existing iso style like Check A2 it works, but if I use my personal iso style it crashes in an error.

You have a wrong or duplicate SKEY in your pipeline that you want to generate for the ISO

As reference I used all the information in "De-mystifying AUTOCAD Plant 3D Isometrics" and put to a test one butterfly valve on the pipeline and the error keeps the same.

I changed the SKEY from "VYFL" to "VY??"  and the TYPE keeps the same "VALVE".

The other components, flanges, reducers, and pipes keep in default, gaskets are wrong so I changed but the problem keeps on.

The strange part is: if I change the iso style to Check_A2 the isometrics generate without trouble. There's anything more I can do?

I figure out something, i try to change my iso.dwt from Check_A2 to the one I use in my personal and the errors beginning to happen in Check_A2 but I'm not figuring out what's wrong.

Can you confirm that your title block is named exactly "Title Block"?
