to my knowledge, this standard DIN EN ISO 3183:2020-02 has not yet been created by the Autodesk content team.
As a result you have to create this catalog yourself with the SpecEditor

Yes, you can do that.
If you do not yet have in-depth knowledge of the topic of catalogs and the creation of pipe specs, please do a training beforehand, otherwise this action can quickly end in chaos and the frustration is always very great
