Dysfunctional Control Valve symbol in P&ID

The problem described in the link  Control-valve-symbol-is-incorrect-and-the-substitution-palette-shows-instrument-symbols.html is not solved after I remove the "Normally" property for the control valve in Project Setup.

The Control Valve symbol morphs after ~30min editing the drawing.
