distorted axis

You guys have been a great help so far. I'd definitely be struggling a lot more without you guys. Thank you for putting in the time to answer questions, even the seemly "stupid" ones.

For some strange reason, when I opened my drawings this morning, every block of the style shown below had the axis and grips rotated differently than the actual block. Is there a way to fix this? I tried SYNCHSTYLES but that didn't do anything.

Are these coming for a catalog/spec?  What happens if you remove the component and add it back?  Does it fix the issue?  Is it one drawing or project wide?  Have you tried a project and drawing audit?

It was a block I downloaded from asahi and used PLANTPARTCONVERT to insert it into the model. It's weird because everything was in line yesterday and somehow, overnight it got misaligned. I exploded and recreated the block, re-aligned the ports and replaced every valve. hopefully this won't happen again...
