I came here looking for the answer to the same query. Sorry I can't help. There have been a few posts about this over the years. It seems like it is not possible even in P3D 2024. Happy to be corrected though.

The dimension to continuation function seems to only work for tee branches. Not OLET branches.

I was playing with settings in our iso config XML trying to get this dimension to work. I wasn't getting anywhere so I tried the default out of the box project, and it doesn't work there either.

I've attached a few screenshots from my results with the out of the box configuration.

I really don't understand why this does not work. It will be incredibly annoying to add manual dimensions.

Not a solution, but it can be manually calculated from the EL values on the olet and the centre line of the pipe.
