Cutback elbow on 43D becomes 45D

[DGRL]

Im trying to get an elbow cut on 43 Degrees but it keeps getting back to 45 Degrees

I think it has to do with tolerances but am not sure

The pipe connected to it is on 43 degrees

How can i get an elbow on 43 degrees instead of 45?

Offcourse i used the cutback elbow option that not it
