Good morning all,
I was wondering if any of you have developed their own library of custom P&ID symbols? That can be used in multiple projects. If s, can you please share the steps to be able to use them in all projects? I have created mines, but they reside on the P&ID they are into and I have not find a way to have them available on other projects or even other P&Ids within the same project.
Thank you for you time!
Jaime

Dear @engineeringR8FAX ,
have you ever worked with Project Compare?

Hello
As @h_eger says, you can use the "Project Comparator" to transpose your P&iD symbols from an existing project to another existing project.
If you need to create a new project, simply check the "Copy parameters from existing project" box and select the "Project.xml" file of the existing project.
This will transfer all data (except DWG P&ID, 3D, Ortho and Iso) from the existing project or template to the new project.
If your tool palette is correctly localized, you'll find all your P&ID symbolism there.

Cordialement
