Custom pipe support

Hi,

I am trying to create custom pipe support in AutoCAD Plant 3D first time. I am using following link for the same.

I have followed all steps mentioned in the above link. But at the last stage if I click on ‘Save to Catalog’ then it prompts for message “Matching pipe OD should be filled with correct value”.

What is relation of pipe OD in creating supports?

I tried many times. May be I am missing something.

Please suggest solution for this issue or please share any other detail procedure for creating custom support which haves detailed steps.

My screen is different than you.

I have added only one size i.e. 2" because I am doing it first time.
