Custom parts

I have created numerous custom parts because the P3D parts are very generic-looking.  When I label these parts using the BOM bubbles, the leader connects to the 0, 0, 0 coordinate way off in the distance.  I cannot find what is wrong.  Other parts work fine.  Any answers?

Correction:  Most of my custom parts work fine.  There are some flex couplings and check valves that have problems.
