Custom Part not showing in Palette

Hello everyone,

I've been studying Plant3d a lot, and I gotta say that I'm improving quite nicely.

I only had a problem here, I created a custom part, a steam trap, made a 3d block of it, used PlantPartConvert, added it into my catalog, and then added it on my spec. Now that I'm ready to use the said component it's not showing on the tool palette. How can I put the said component on the toll palette? Custom Part.jpgnot showing.jpg

Anyone? I tried opening the spec viewer and my custom part isn't even there. Help me, please.

Dear @wdranada ,

did you check that your current Plant 3D version also refers to the content folder in which you created your condensate trap?

Hi, I've moved the part to the current content folder in which I created the custom part in and it's now working perfectly.

Thanks

Dear @aravind8BTJL ,

have you also updated your content folder, i.e. adapted the user-defined catalogues to 2024 from the content folder 2023?

or did you also link the 2023 content folder in P3D 2024 for testing?
