Create/Modify Existing Valve

Modeling as built piping conditions for a currently operating plant and wondering how do I modify an existing valve type to reflect the as built butterfly valve? I have enclosed a picture for clarity. I basically want to change the operator from a hand wheel to a hand lever like in the picture but can't seem to figure it out no matter where I've looked.

In the valve properties you can redefine the shape of its actuator.
