Create a shell out of 3d lines

Hi, 

I'm trying to create a squared silo (or metal box) out of 3d lines. What is the best way to do it? Please see my drawing Oranges bin.

My way around it is to copy each plate, rotate it to world ucs, extrude and then rotate them back to the assembly (conveyor3 attached drawing).

There must be a faster way. I want to create a 3d polilyne, connected, and be able to extrude it (keeping the same angle).

I joined the line of each face to make a outline of each face, then I extruded the shapes into each other then used the AutoCAD Shell command to create a shell.
