Hi Autodesk Support,
What is the Steps to Convert Catalog ASME to Excel (Inch) and Return Back by Millimeters Catalog Using Catalog Builder??
2" To DN50 For Example
Regards,
Ahmed Helal
Hi Ahmed,
You should be able to do this by exporting to Excel and changing the sizes from imperial to metric.
Once you have done that you can use the Catalog Builder to build the metric version.
One point though is that you need to edit the Excel sheet "Port Unit_S-ALL" from Mm to mm before you build the catalog again.
Thanks,
Dan
Thanks Dan,
Can you please give me screen shot or vidieo For the steps to do that,
Regards,
Ahmed Helal
Hi Ahmed,
I have done a quick test and it looks as though it is not be possible to convert the spec.
It is however possible to switch the editing units to metric though:
Thanks,
Dan
Hi Dan,
I ask to convert the Catalog Not Specs??
please Answer
Thanks

Hi Ahmed,
The screen shot shows the catalog being edited in metric rather than imperial.
The word "spec" in my previous post was a typo. I should have typed catalog.
Thanks,
Dan
