Hi All,
We are currently running projects as Plant 3D collaboration projects on BIM360.
Thismorning (11 am AEST) the entire office cannot connect to the project through Plant 3D. Plant 3D will just hang while trying to connect or crash to desktop. First this happened while syncing drawings or trying to check in drawings, now it is happening on loading the program.
BIM360 seems to be working fine from the web browser.
Does anyone have any advice or trouble shooting steps? Is it more likely Autodesk servers are down (is there anywhere to check this) or is out an issue from our side?

The issue resloved itself in the late afternoon thankfully!
I think it might of been somthing our IT department did.
