Changing lever length in plant 3D

Hi all, 

I'm trying to edit the length of ball valves in Plant 3D, but the option of changing it in the "properties" tab it's not available for me anymore. 

I can do it manually inside Spec Editor, but I wanted to do it in plant 3D itself.
