Why the first circle i made when i opening the autocad the first time must be segmented like this?

as written in your previous posts, you are in the wrong forum. This is a forum for AutoCAD Plant 3D questions, not AutoCAD topics.
Basically, the Autodesk rule Forum does not replace training.
First attend the training and then you can ask questions about working with AutoCAD in the AutoCAD forum.
