Automating drawing processes

Dear community,

I have recently stumbled upon two hurdles, that would save me a lot of time if I could solve them, I am hoping someone can help me with that.

Firstly I trying to automate the process of drawing pipelines in a P & ID. 
When using the pipelines I don't always want to select the symbol anew when connecting one apparatus with another. Instead I was hoping to draw a certain number of apparatuses, then connect them according to the requirements.

Is there way of select a multiple command, then select a pipeline and just keep on connecting the drawn apparatuses.

Secondly I want to draw pipelines without the arrows, and automate the procedure such as when selecting the pipeline it does not draw arrows, instead I want to add them afterwards manually.

1. no, I am not aware that there is such a thing in P3D P&ID

2. yes, you have to change the configuration to deactivate the automatic insertion of the flow arrows and place the flow arrow on the palette so that you can set it when you need it.
