An item with the same key has already been added

I am relatively new to Plant 3D and to the design world in general. Been working in Plant 3D for about a year now, and recently about half of my ISOs fail during generation stating that "An item with the same key has already been added". I have read the post that says to Isolate the line and run quick ISOs to locate the corrupt component--very rarely does this work. I have found that the only fix is to delete the entire line and redraw it. This becomes very time consuming. I am wondering if there is another fix for this, or if it is something that I am doing wrong. Any input or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Dear @mike.gebert ,

they are objects that have the same SKEY and so AutoCAd Plant 3D has a problem generating Iso.
Please check the Iso SKEY's in the data manager
it is auene Iso * .log file written to check this can also provide information to find your errors and eliminate them.

I was able to luck out and not have the issue again for a while. Now I cannot generate anything at all. I am using version 2018.2 and my workflow is such that I need to generate named spools for fabrication. After naming the spools, the error occurs-every time. If I do not name the spools, I do not have an error. I am at a loss and cannot find a workaround.
