ADD LAST MODIFICATION DATE TO EACH ITEM IN A LIST

Im working to generate a report with the equipment list, valve list and pipeline list. until now I can obtain all the fields that our company have on the list but I don´t know if is possible include when an item (equipment, valve or pipeline) change. 

the list have the last update date but that is not possible to know exactly what change from the last revision.

please let me know if anybody have or had the same problem and how i can solve it.

Piping and equipment items have a property called PnPTimestamp in the database. This does not look to be exposed to any of the OOTB reporting but you could potentially create a SQL query or use the .net API to access it. I have not tried this - only suggesting a possible direction to look.
