Why cant I open the shared files?

Since it seems impossible to reach the so-called 'gorgeous' Autodesk support, I'm turning to this community for help. I have an AutoCAD web link that I'd prefer not to share, but due to Autodesk's less-than-ideal support policy, I find myself with no other option. Unfortunately, I am unable to open the link. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I keep getting this error:

"This file is taking longer than usual to load. If the file is particularly large, or if your internet connection speed is slow, this may be expected. Otherwise, you may want to retry opening the file."

When trying to view this file via a link (see below). Tried in Chrome (windows & Mac) as well as microsoft edge. It is with a student account. I sent the link to myself from the University computers and am trying to access them at home.

Is there SID content in your DWG file? You're probably overwhelming the website's ability to process, you are better off using a desktop software for your viewing needs IMHO.

That's what the message "... taking too long to open..." is trying to tell you. Not much you can do about it as an end user. This is something Autodesk needs to address at the backend, likely not today or tomorrow or this week or this month or what's left of this year even is my suspicion.
