Web & Mobile not working - unknown error

When I click on “open from web & mobile” or “save to web & mobile” in AutoCAD Plant 3D 2019 I get a message saying “an unknown error occurred”.  Also, when I click on the “AUTOCAD – Web Application” under my products and services, it takes me to the website https://web.autocad.com/#/ but it’s just blank.

 

I haven't been using web & mobile and wanted to give it a try.  Any suggestions how to fix?

Absolutely.  That would be great!  I've been spinning my wheels trying to figure this out for weeks now going around with the same Q&A and really need someone to take a look.  Just let me know when you can get on.  I should have plenty of time today for you to get online as long as needed.  I'm here from 7am - 4pm EST typically but I'll be here until 5pm today.  Thanks.

Hello.  I am having the exact same issues and have completed all of the troubling shooting steps noted so far.  Any other solutions?

It was an account issue for me.  An Autodesk tech fixed something on their end with my account after I went back and forth with them a few times and they looked at it on my machine, etc.

Hello I am having the same issue. I cannot access AutoCAD online using Chrome, And my downloaded program say's a server may be down and is unable to connect.

so I think that this is a network problem with local dimensions, everything is fine with me. 😉
