Subscriber cannot save file using Web app

I have a AutoCad lt 2019 subscription. I'm trying to use the web app to edit a drawing but I'm stuck in  view only mode. I am signed in. The product Manager acknowledges that I have an account and access.

Has anyone else encountered this?

We have had some reports of similar issues and are researching it.  Once we know more I'll follow up here.
