Using Web app to review drgs

Is there a way to review drgs through the web app and provide markups similar to Autodesk design reviewer?

I'm looking at way engineers and designers can review civil drgs, currently, we have autocad drgs on projectwise and that need to be PDF for checked. We also have BIM360 so can push the drg to BIM360 

I want to try and avoid the PDFing process?

In general drgs is not part of the AutoCAD Web App online help. I am curious to see what happens on your side when you try to open a drgs file in the Web App. Can you please share your experiences - ideally with a screenshot.

The only way I see to include comments is with a separate layer which you use only for comments. That requires that a drgs file opens like a dwg file in AutoCAD Web App. From my current perspective this is not possible, but I am very interested in what you experience.
