Help with AutoCAD web version

I teach CAD and this year we have to use the web version because of 2020. It is clearly intended only to be used to view drawings in the field but it has to attempt to do some heavy lifting this year. All I am asking it to do though is open. I am logged in and I can't even start a drawing. It worked for weeks and now it doesn't. I still have students that can't do anything with the software, won't log in, won't open. Its rough.

Any suggestions? I cleared cookies, I have everything up to date.

Seems to be a popular complaint today, so it might be an issue at Autodesk.

Hello @Anonymous 

 

thanks for your heads up. I am checking if I can gather information about the situation.

 

For now I see that all servers are up and running - please compare:

  1. Autodesk Health - current status
  2. Autodesk Health - History

I will update you once I have new information.

 

Currently it would help to get the information if the issue appears on all drawings or only on some drawings.

A fix was pushed to solve the issue - please check the behavior again and let me know the outcome. If it still appears I will communicate this internally.
