Rendering to a canvas that was resized to zero.

 Rendering to a canvas that was resized to zero. If you see this message you may be accidentally leaking a viewer instance.

I am using javascript to view autocad drawing files.For first time the autodesk viewer is working fine.when i close and try to open a file again it showing the above error.

Please explain your process a bit for me. This forum is for questions and comments for the Autodesk Web application and not the viewer.autodesk.com.

 

I want to help with your issue if you can explain it in more detail.

Hi @john.vellek,

Thanks for the reply.In our web application we are using autodesk viewer to view drawing files using javascript. For first time page load it is working fine, when i navigate to another page(in our application) and tried to open the drawing file ,it's showing empty.

In chrome console "Rendering to a canvas that was resized to zero. If you see this message you may be accidentally leaking a viewer instance. "   showing as error.

It is working only when i rendering the page.

This forum is directed towards the AutoCAD Web application and not the viewer. I suggest you start a thread in the ADN forum to see if there are members there that can help you.
