Problems generating PDF in AutoCAD Web

Good morning!

I would like some help with plotting generation. I correctly configured the A1 sheet, but when I generate the PDF in AutoCAD Web, the outer lines of the sheet do not appear. I have tried various settings and cannot print the outer borders.

I am providing the file to help resolve the issue.

Best regards,

Renato Donato Viana

1) Desktop AutoCAD shows you want to plot a LAYOUT area using DWG to PDF ISO full Bleed A1 842x594mm with the left side and top side outside of the plot area, triggering an issue

2) AutoCADWEB has an ever so slightly different paper size

See attached PDFs from both programs, they appear to be identical to me, which might mean you need to remove the conflict in the right/tops sides first (see #1 above) to fix your resulting issue.

Hello @pendean@handjonathan

First of all, I would like to apologize for not responding until now. Secondly, thank you for the information. I really didn't pay attention to this aspect. In Brazil, we do not use ISO standards to design our Sheet (paper). We need to create the formats in the printer's Custom Paper Size. I usually leave my plot settings as Layout, but for AutoCAD Web to understand and print all the outer lines of the sheet, regardless of the format, it's necessary to choose the Window option and make the selection. Only then will it work!

The A1 Sheet has dimensions of 841x594, and I always configure it with 1mm more, 842x595. This way, the black background in the AutoCAD layout will appear with 1mm from the sheet edges, making them visible. This is how I teach my students over these 31 years of CAD experience.

But thank you for your attention and response!!!

Best regards!
