Previews for Online Autodesk Viewer Not Working Correctly?

When I upload files to the online Autodesk Viewer, it seems to be a 50/50 chance that the previews for the files will work correctly. For many of the files, the preview takes a very long time to show up and if I refresh the page in the browser window, all of those problematic previews have to reload again and they take a long time again. This is the case even for files that have been uploaded for a long time. The little blue circle just sits there spinning and spinning. If I click on the preview to actually open the file, it works fine. I have attached a screen shot.

This only started in the last few months. Previously it worked fine. I've not changed anything on my end in terms of my computer, software, internet connection, etc,...

I forgot to mention that this problem occurs in both Firefox and Chrome on my desktop as well as in Firefox and Safari on my iPhone12.

The online viewer service has no support in these forums, sorry. You are wasting your time here.

BUT... they have something broken over there is you tried a different computer at a different location and it also does not work: if it works, then your issue is local to you.
