Previews for Online Autodesk Viewer Not Working Correctly?

When I upload files to the online Autodesk Viewer, it seems to be a 50/50 chance that the previews for the files will work correctly. For many of the files, the preview takes a very long time to show up and if I refresh the page in the browser window, all of those problematic previews have to reload again and they take a long time again. This is the case even for files that have been uploaded for a long time. The little blue circle just sits there spinning and spinning. If I click on the preview to actually open the file, it works fine. I have attached a screen shot.
This only started in the last few months. Previously it worked fine. I've not changed anything on my end in terms of my computer, software, internet connection, etc,...
